TRANG VO

Head of Business Development & Investment

As a real estate expert with more than 16 years of experience in investment consulting and asset management in multinational companies, Ms. Trang Vo has extensive market knowledge in various real estate sectors including residential, commercial, and hospitality. She has built a strong reputation in advising clients on strategic investment plans and solid relationships with domestic and foreign partners. Ms. Trang Vo currently holds the position of managing business development, investment activities, and operations of UOA Vietnam.

ANH DAO

Finance Director

Anh Dao has 25 years of finance and accounting experience in various international companies. Her commendable track record is complemented by over 10 years of broad experience in the real estate industry. She is a member of the executive team with the responsibility to maintain the financial health of the company and raise the proficiency of the accounting and financial control functions. She also provides leadership to the finance strategy to ensure that the financial system remains robust and supports the long-term growth of the company’s business in Vietnam.

LOAN TRAN

HR & Administration Manager

Loan Tran has over 15 years’ experience in HR roles in diverse industries, with 10 years in real estate sectors. She is passionate about driving HR strategies that increase effectiveness, building cultures, and building a good working environment that is friendly and transparent. As a member of the company’s pioneer team, she is dedicated to creating a culture of high performance and continuous learning that will elevate the company’s human capital capabilities and talent pipeline to meet immediate and long-term business objectives.

QUOC DIEP

QS Manager

Quoc Diep has 12 years’ experience in quantity surveying for high-rise buildings. Prior to joining the company, he worked for a main contractor and a consultancy. With his engineering background and quantity surveying experience, such as quantity takeoff, calling quotation, contract negotiation, procurement management and setting budget he oversees the management of the project construction cost control, and efficient use of resources and quality control.
